Docs: Api Reference page not rendering properly #95

Describe the bug
On visiting https://mozarkai.github.io/optics-framework/ and clicking Api Reference Section, its not getting correctly (html only, not css styles are being applied).
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'https://mozarkai.github.io/optics-framework/'
- Select Api Reference Section
Expected behavior
The Page should be rendered in correct format
