WebSocket-FLV (wss) media streaming support #16902

Expected behavior of the wanted feature
Similar to issue #16115, but the media format should be different.
ZLMediaKit supports the WebSocket-FLV protocol. Currently, I've only found flvjs or other forked versions that can play media using this protocol on the web. On the desktop, there's no other solution except using a webview.
I hope MPV will add support for links using this protocol, e.g.
ws://somedomain.com/live/0.live.flv
wss://somedomain.com/live/0.live.flv
