Composer PHP-FPCalc No Version Set (Parsed as 1.0.0) #2

Greetings! I'm unable to require php-fpcalc using composer. Full disclosure, I have a lot of PHP experience but this is the first time I'm trying to use composer. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong!
composer require mrfeathers/php-fpcalc
