Code of Conduct for TS-TypesafeEnv


Our Pledge

We, as contributors and maintainers of this project, pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

We are committed to fostering an open, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:

  • Demonstrating respect and empathy towards all contributors.
  • Welcoming diverse viewpoints and ideas, even if they differ from your own.
  • Constructive feedback that fosters growth and improvement.
  • Taking responsibility for mistakes and learning from them.
  • Showing appreciation for contributions, big or small.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • The use of sexualized language or imagery, and unwelcome sexual attention or advances.
  • Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks.
  • Public or private harassment of any kind. Publishing private information (e.g., a physical or electronic address) without explicit permission.
  • Any behavior deemed disruptive to a productive and respectful environment.

Our Responsibilities

Project maintainers are responsible for:

Clarifying the standards of acceptable behavior and ensuring they are followed. Moderating contributions and comments to maintain a respectful and constructive community.
Removing, editing, or rejecting comments, commits, code, or other contributions that do not align with this Code of Conduct. Communicating reasons for moderation decisions when appropriate.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces, including issues, pull requests, comments, and any other communication channels. It also extends to unacceptable behavior occurring outside these spaces that negatively affects the community's reputation.

Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported to the project team at typesafeenv.contact@gmail.com. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly.

Maintainers are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident.

Consequences

Anyone found in violation of this Code of Conduct may face temporary or permanent consequences, such as:

  • A warning to stop unacceptable behavior.
  • Temporary suspension from interaction with the community.
  • Permanent ban from the community.
