Able to join chat after deletion

Hi,

I just noticed that, after deleting the chat window, if i copy and paste the same link again i can still connect.
If this is person to person chat, then i think once we delete the chat, the link shouldn't work.

But if its for a group chat, then it makes sense.

Not sure if this is a bug, just mentioning a small detail that i observed. If you think it is a genuine one, i'd like to fix it.

I've fixed the issue. Now if we try to access the same link again after deleting we get the below display

But, there's a small page loading time in between, so i added a loading screen, with same style

If you are okay with the fix, i'll go ahead and raise PR
