The goal of this PR is to improve the time to display the discrete wavelet transform for long-duration data.
Using patches, instead of rectangles, for 20 minutes of NIRS data, drops the time from 15 to 2 seconds. What is displayed is not affected by this change. Using the display on 8 hours of data is still not possible, but I think this is going in the right direction
Additionally, this makes sure that only one TF window remains active at all times.
