Scheduler issues

So I have this one notification that is persistently turning on, scheduling itself, and sending out. I cannot explain what is going on, I've scheduled ONE notification with that post, using only date and time, to test how scheduler works, without any repeating, and I got this one notification dozens of time, even though it is deleted from notifications, and from cron jobs. It keeps adding itself and sending out. I have no idea how this is happening.

I have killed it12 hours ago (it took 5 previous notifications to figure what is going on), it was nowhere to be found, and then BOP, here it is again.

If you want to cancel schedule, switch off scheduling option for post/activitiy/comment in push settings tab or go to action scheduler tab last tab in pnfpb admin settings and cancel the corresponding schedule. action scheduler is slightly different from cron. So use scheduling option or in action scheduler to cancel the job
