Can't save preferences for segno-type symbols #30601

Description with steps to reproduce
Before 4.6, I could choose a font size for a segno and coda sign and set that as the default for the score. Now in 4.6, there's a separate "Symbol Size" dialog, but it doesn't have a "set as default" option. So I have to go in and set each symbol individually. This seems like a regression.

Yes, this used to work in a previous version of MuseScore 4.x

Meanwhile, even if I do set a size for each individually, that setting is lost upon re-opening the file – as reported elsewhere.
