Description with steps to reproduce

1. Write music in 4/4
2. Add repeated bars (one or two)
3. Add cut time before those bars
4. The repeats will disappear

Repeats disappeared from bars 22-24 and 50-52, along with plenty "repeat last two bars" at H and I

My double bar lines disappeared as well it seems :(

In general, time signature changes always remove barline customizations, because barlines won't occur in the same place any more. There have been requests over the years for MuseScore to special case barliens that happen to still occur in the same position as before the change, but so far that hasn't happened (unless the time signature change doesn't change any barlines, like 4/4 to 2/2).

Similarly, key signatures will usually need to move, because the liocation of the barliens has changed. This is just kind of a common sense thing - the place where the signature was previously may now be in the middle of a measure.

If you believe you have a case where something is changing that wouldn't need to change, please give precise instructions to reproduce the problem - say exactly what measure you are adding the new time signature to, and exactly which barlines or key signatures are adversely affected.

Many changes lost when changing time signatures will be kept in 4.7, perhaps try testing there? Then this issue could be closed.
