Message about removing trusted packages not shown

A user just shared a screenshot with me where the Message "Would you like to remove copies of apps signed with a trusted certificate to limit the size of the output folder" was not shown. He was simply asked "Remove?" and understandably didn't know what that means.
I am not sure how that happened. It was on Windows

Yeah, the message wasn't printed with the right function, should be fixed with 11ee842
