should i create a struct named empty struct to impl CommandCustomHeader

when i try to finish a command :UpdateNamesrvConfig , i want to create a request command ,but i found java support use null ,like

        RemotingCommand request = RemotingCommand.createRequestCommand(RequestCode.UPDATE_NAMESRV_CONFIG, null);

how can i finish the same same function in rust version? should i create a struct named empty struct to impl CommandCustomHeader ?
