Make it possible to disable pakketautomaten #881

What problem does this feature solve?
My shipments are too long for a pakketautomaat (max 61 x 52,5 x 41 cm).
I send packages with the size of 70 * 10 * 10 cm.
That's why I'd like to disable pakketautomaten as an option for my customers. But a normal 'afhaalpunt' should be possible, because there are no size restrictions. A lot of customers are using the 'afhaalpunt', while only a couple of them select a 'pakketautomaat'.
What should the solution look like?
Backend changes
Make is possible to hide (or disable) the pakketautomaten as an option for the customer.
Frontend changes
When the pakketautomaten are disabled, the customer shouldn't be able to select a pakketautomaat when searching for an 'afhaalpunt' in his neighbourhood.
