Hello, it might be possible to disable the cfg lock on a Thinkpad T430 because I already have a custom bios and have version 2.82, but I can't find the entry in the bios.

Likely is talking about the situation where CFG unlocking via BIOS modding is needed due to the fact that the AppleCpuPmCfgLock quirk in OpenCore is not working as it should with the modified OCLP CPU power management kexts under macOS Ventura

Thanks for the contribution, could you please make a pull into digmorepaka/thinkpad-firmware-patches with it? That is what we use a source patch set for these images before they're distributed in binary form.
