URL Flash question

Greetings, I'd like to ask a question about 2nd option, aka "Flash Custom BIOS from URL". Is it possible to flash Skulls hosted on Google Drive, instead of using my own website, like in tripcodeq7's video?
Note: I use X230, downgraded BIOS to version 2.60 and already flashed 1vyrain on my flash drive.

Thank you. So does that mean that I'll have to use the wget --ignore-check-certificates + link to the hosted skulls.rom file on Google Drive? Forgive me if I got something wrong in my question, since I'll be installing that for the first time.
