Masp proof generation takes too long #2292
Description
Imo, the MASP is the bread and butter of Namada. At the moment, one of the greatest user-facing obstacles in effectively using Namada through Namadillo, is the MASP proof generation time for every single MASP operation, often taking 3-8 minutes for each. This is simply an unacceptable amount of time from a UX-pov and needs fixing before the protocol is practically usable.
(I've understood from previous discussion that the issue here is in protocol and not Namadillo, leaving the issue here for now and creating an issue in protocol too when I've tested via cli. Will cross-ref here when done)
