We changed the download source of the TESS SPOC data products from the MAST servers to AWS, which should allow for more queries in parallel. Our internal tests have showed that the pipeline hits a bottleneck when downloading these products directly from the MAST, since their servers can cancel the queries due to being overloaded. We expect to see better scalability with AWS. The updates of TESS SPOC data to AWS might have some delay compared to the data available on the MAST servers, but we do not expect the delay to be greater than a month.

• Enabled access to TESS SPOC data products through AWS instead of MAST servers.

Minor

• Fixed bug in log related to the number of TCEs preprocessed and the estimated time left to preprocess the remaining TCEs. Also fixed bug in log related to counting number of TCEs that failed to be preprocessed.
• Added logic to update job status and resolve unsuccessful queries when using Gaia DR2 to extract RUWE values for the TIC IDs.
