Added example DNS & SSL configuration

Hi Team! First time doing a pull request! Working with Joe Mirabal who has a customer looking to use the CFT and SSL/TLS and Route 53. Ed Randall may create some additional documentation providing customers some guidance. In the meantime, David Rosenblum asked me to take a look.

So, here's an example of creating an SSL cert, using it on the listeners, and creating a DNS record within Route 53. I tested using our neo4j-field hosted zone within Route 53. I tested deploying only a single Neo4j instance. Not a cluster. But I did not change anything within the script for deploying Neo4j. The certs are applied to the NLB while the Neo4j ports remain as the default ports.

can you put the entire code under custom templates directory ?

We would not want to merge this in the main template which is used in the marketplace listing. Hence , we have a directory called "Custom Templates" where we push all the R&D type templates
