I ran into the same issue. The code runs fine on my mac, all owned NFTs appear correctly on the dapp refresh. But for some reason, this does not work on my windows pc. It ended up being the web3modal settings. I had to change cacheProvider from "false" to "true"

Solution:
cacheProvider: true,
