In my opinion, the issue can be closed.

His requirement is supported with the new version. An example with a similar image can be found in the documentation.

With Jinja2, only display the serial line if a value is available:
'text_template': 'Name: {{ obj.name }}{% if obj.serial %}\nSerial: {{ obj.serial }}{% endif %}',

Im facing a little problem now is how to implement our logo into the QR code

The logo in the QR code is currently not supported. But that would be a separate issue. But you can create a logo separately.
