Image dialog and processing do not respect TSConfig settings

**Bug description**
The max width and height from page TSConfig are completely ignored. When looking into the code, it is obvious.

**Environment**
 - TYPO3 version: 12.4
 - PHP version: 8.3
 - Extension version: 12.0.2
