_osdWindows[0] is undefined

Thanks for the amazing extension!

I had a minor issue where suddenly the extension crashed. The error message is:

OsdWindowManager._osdWindows[0] is undefined

I think an undefined check would fix that but i'm not sure what the icon size will be in that case

Not sure why it is undefined, I will look into it. Questions:

• Is it a one-off occurrence or are you able to reproduce the issue? If reproducible, what are the steps?
• Are you using a multi-monitor setup or single?
• Gnome and extension versions please?

No worries! Regarding your questions:

• It was a one-off occurrence and it happened after leaving my computer over night, it didn't happen immediately.
• Single monitor
• Gnome 46.2 and extension version: 28
