Date showing incorrectly for " Rule Audit Logs"

Description

When looking at the Rules, under the "Rule Audit Log", the date is shown as "7/4/122" - Which clearly is not right.

Expected Behaviour

Expect the date to be in MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY format.
