Added new 7 tests to $RacingCarTest: - Should inputCarNames return list of car names - Should inputCarNames throw IllegalArgumentException - Should inputCarNames throw exception for empty input - Should initRaces initialize races with car names - Should runRaces update race scores - Should getWinners return multiple winners if tied - Should get random values between 0~1
