How to dissable auto sending to approval?

Hello!

1. I create or upload file to Nextcloud.
2. After file is tagged(Automatic or manually), file automatic send to approval. But i need. that approval start after user click button (after edit file).

Help me! How can i dissable auto sending to approval?

Hi @zikhik,

Sadly that feature is currently not possible. This app stores the approval progress through tags. If you don't want to automatically share the file though. You can add the tag manually as long as it isn't a system tag and then send it manually to the user/group that can approve the file.
