First step towards Vue 3.

  • Use Vite
  • Include CSS in JS assets (inline CSS)
  • Include eslint and stylelint during build
  • Get rid of vue2-audio-recorder which produces runtime errors when built with Vite (clueless), replace it with extendable-media-recorder which is used in Talk
