Updated all snapshots.
Now GATK UG fails for some weird reason, and only with the v25.04.
I made a dummy PR for the profile using GATK HC, and that went through no problem. #1163

I think the issue might be with the old GATK container used for GATK UG, but will need to look into it further next week.
