Integrate the NIM product

Description

This tool currently supports NIC, NGF and NGINX container deployments
This proposal is for incorporating NIM into the same tool, thus presenting to the customer a unified tool for collecting data for troubleshooting.

Benefits

• Leverage existing code for collecting k8s system wide data - nodes, events, deployments etc
• Leverage existing code to collect NIM specific information eg. using kubectl exec into Clickhouse and dqlite pods
• Ability to introduce custom tools
