This updates the designs of the various pages where users can upload a file to match the latest designs in the prototype, and to mention that users can upload SystmOne files as well as the existing Mavis CSV format.

We've decided we don't want to go live with this feature in the next release. Rather than reverting the code, we can put it behind a feature flag.
