General Changes

Streamlined Hesting Changes
Only 100 skillpoints
Assault tweaks
- Longer fade timers
- Drama scales a lot less for non-solo lobbies
- Increasing the assault phase timer with a hostage has been moved to control instead of anticipation
- Control time has been decreased (can be increased with a certain skill)
Removed civilian trade penalties
Cops have a movement speed multiplier of 15%
