Order of parameters matters

It seems like in order to compile SageAttention (for gen AI optimization tools), the order of the parameters matters - and Ninja doesn't seem to have a way to accomplish that.

I'm just a javascript/dotnet dev, so I'm not entirely sure of all of the details/work involved. Here is a reference to the issue as a reference:

nvcc --generate-dependencies-with-compile --dependency-output [path].obj.d [other flags] -c file.cu -o output.obj

It's absolutely possible to switch the order of parameters to the commands Ninja calls.
