support for surface output spaces

What would you like to see added in fMRIPrep?

Hi,

I was wondering if fmriprep supports alternative output space in surfaces?
I'd like to use the onavg surfaces from https://github.com/templateflow/tpl-onavg. At a preliminary trial it seemed that it assumes the output space to be volume and errors out because I don't have the T1 files.

I know currently @feilong had uses script from this for the resampling
https://github.com/feilong/fmriprep/blob/surface/fmriprep/interfaces/surface.py. But I was not sure whether something similar to this was ever integrated to the pipeline.
