Description
It has been my observation that the "Fieldmap reference" and "BOLD reference" in the desc-fmapCoreg_bold.svg animation shown in the html report are not particularly well-aligned. (Example attached -- I think you can download the .svg to see the animation in a browser. This is in the sub-section: "Alignment between the anatomical reference of the fieldmap and the target EPI").
Am I correct in inferring that the grayscale "Fieldmap reference" in the animation is the SDC'ed output from TOPUP, but the "BOLD reference" in the animation has NOT had the SDC applied?
If so, can I ask what is the intended motivation behind the inclusion of this particular svg/animation? IMO, it would be more useful to toggle between BOLD and Fieldmap references that have both had SDC applied, so that one can assess the quality of the BOLD to Fieldmap registration (after SDC on each).
[The following svg ("Susceptibility distortion correction" sub-section) directly compares the BOLD reference image with and without SDC applied, to visualize the effect of the distortion correction directly on a single type of image].
This is with 25.1.1.
