based on the Fetch, there are a number of sort operations that can help surface the most useful data

i.e. the db layer should recommend a set of search options based on the table
- this is going to be more difficult than it appears on the surface
or at least the BFF layer, UI has no fkn clue
check how github does their notifications search filter box
