compiled dll?

i've been at war with IE and selenium for almost a week now. end goal is to get full screen shots working with IE. i have full screen shots working with *iexploreproxy working on domains not using https. however, my domain is protected with ssl so IE behind the proxy server is complaining. this leads me further down the hacking windows road of install ssl villian.

i would love you use your project and want to give it a run, however, most of us that use linux or osx do not have visual c++ laying around to build the dll. therefore, using this is tough. any hope on getting the dll out?

I'm looking to get this compiled DLL out. I need to resurrect my Windows machine, however. The only compiled version I have right now is in violation of the GPL, so I can't distribute it. I statically linked in ATL, so I need to rebuild a DLL that dynamically links. I hope to be able to do that shortly.

There is not. Just open the solution file in Visual Studio 2005 (later versions will probably work, too) and select the "release" build configuration.

You can get around using proxy mode by installing the JS required for the screenshot to occur on an accessible webserver, and modify the RC server to allow screenshots to occur outside of proxy mode. (Proxy mode just injects the necessary client side JS which you can house externally) - This should allow you to get your screenshots.
