  • fix localization keys (file settings, info)
  • use info as tooltip for InfoIcon (title is for popup)
  • sv and en localization for mandatory description
  • moved transform (validate, warnings, errors) outside from flyout
  • remove component lists from FileSettings and use differing labels for import/export prefix and header options

Other fixes:

  • z value parsing from file (awlays metric, no degree unit parsing)
  • removed delimiterValueForBackend
  • moved DEC_TO_GRAD,.. to constants
  • LON_AXES lon char
