POST with Link LDPC should either error or create LDP-BC automatically

Creating an LDPC doesn't appear to be supported... or buggy/misleading AFAICT. If I've overlooked something, please point it out. Besides that what I expect to work (either, but ideally both):

• HTTP POST + Link with LDPC (+ Slug)
• HTTP PUT + Link with LDPC

At the moment, PUT refers to POST. POST creates a LDPR.

Oh, that's sounds indeed weird. Since we're right now focusing on regressions, is this the behavior on 4.x, 5 betas or both?

False alarm. It looks like I've used rel LDPC, but server needs LDP-BC.

So, the bug is with HTTP POST + Link with LDPC (+ Slug). It creates an LDPR, but it should instead return 406 or something, and mention whichever specific LDPC is supported (at this time, LDP-BC). Alternatively, automatically create LDP-BC when encountering Link with LDPC.
