Animation with dynamicBullets slider

Hello everybody, could you tell me please if there's any option to implement such animation?

Requirements:

• 1. Put static bullets in the amount of 7 pieces: Put static bullets in the amount of 7 pieces (now in the implementation of the component I see that initially there are 3 of them, then as you scroll up to 5 appear and at the end 3 again, we want to have a static version so that there are always 7, for example, and that's it.
• 2. Have an animation of transition to the next slide on the previous one before the last one as in the video, and not as in the component the transition animation occurs and we see 2 slides in front where you can go
