Regarding: #18
Added reference to .env file:
if user is env:USERNAME in .nwabaprc file, the property USERNAME will be used from .env file.
if password is env:PASSWORD in .nwabaprc file, the property PASSWORD will be used from .env file.
Commit also includes sample .nwabaprc and .env files.
