Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I can't compare strings in case-insensitive manner. EACLs can be used to impose some attribute restrictions and in some cases it can be important to have this match.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement it, should be easy for EACL.
