Add support for networking configurations

**Describe the solution you'd like**

Ability to configure declarative networking configurations for hostname, firewalls, dns, etc. similar to the nixOS networking module.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

A manual configuration of the tools through etc (what I will be doing for the time being)
