Possibility of handling multiple keypresses for additional functionality

Has there been any thought of having additional functionality tied to pressing two keys at the same time.. and/or supporting functional layers?

@shockdesign I started work on a crappy parallel implementation largely based off this one that has layers — but it's pretty specific to my project, idk how helpful you'll find it. You're welcome to take a look though, it's here. It's very rushed and there's much better ways to do layers but it's a start.
