I was building a feature for my file manager plugin which is to show open directory icon for open directory. But don't know the how to get that icon.

I don't know what you mean, but I'm pretty sure you're referring to MiniIcons.get.

Is there an icon for OPEN DIRECTORY STATE

No, I am afraid not. The goal of "directory" category is to provide directory icons based on the directory name, not state. It just so happens that the default one uses "closed directory" icon.

I tried to incorporate "opened directory" into 'mini.icons' design, but couldn't find a good way to do it, unfortunately.
