Documentation: add sections regarding the different types of transactions #1559
Description
There is no place where the kind of transactions/operations are described.
Internally or externally we do not know what are the exact invariant each should respect, nor where the code is located, nor how they do change the ledger.
We do not also know which part of the codebase is actually tested.
We would like to have on the website https://o1-labs.github.io/mina-rust a section with links to the codebase and the relevant tests.
