It seems the devshell stopped working on linux at some point. This should fix that
and test it in ci so it's harder to miss in the future.and add a workflow to test it in CI but disable it because we don't have the disk space on the free runners anymore.Also removes the need for pin.sh but requires nix 2.28+
They improved the way nix handles git sub-modules.
