How tricky would Node bindings be to implement?

Hi,

I'm currently working on a large TypeScript monolith; we have a lot of potential use-cases for Trustfall in our codebase, but we would require Node bindings to make use of it. I just wanted to check before I looked closer at this — is this something that you or someone else tried and found difficult for some reason? I would probably try to use napi-rs for this.

Also, are Node bindings something you would be interested in having as part of this repository? Or should they live in a separate repo?

Hi! I haven't looked into it much, but I'd expect it's possible and I'd be happy to have it in the repo. I'd be happy to review and merge a PR assuming it's thoroughly tested and documented so as to make it easy to maintain.

Since I'm not a TypeScript expert, I'd also like to make sure there are clear instructions for setting up one's local environment in order to allow building the bindings locally and testing them with Node to ensure they work.

Feel free to open a draft PR while the work is still in progress! If you'd like, I'm happy to review the draft at intermediate points, just to make sure we stay in sync.
