You can now hide elements from the query results

You can hide certain elements of the rendered list with the "hide" option (#81).
The following options exist:

• hide edit button
• hide backlink
• hide done date
• hide due date
• hide recurrence rule
• hide task count

There is an example in the README.

The following options are now allowed in your queries (#82):

• is recurring
• is not recurring
