Expected Behavior

"Monserrat Medium" and "Monserrat Regular" should appear visibly different on the canvas in GDI+ text sources.

Current Behavior

"Monserrat Medium" and "Monserrat Regular" appear identical in the canvas.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Montserrat , click "Get font", "Download all", extract the .zip, right-click both files and choose "Install for all users".
2. Run obs-studio, add a GDI+ text source, paste "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" select "Monserrat Medium", take a screenshot.
3. Change font to "Monserrat Regular", take a screenshot.
