Media File playing in background when OBS not in Studio Mode

Expected Behavior

Media Sources in Inactive Scenes should not start playing when I hit 'Start Stream', they should continue to be inactive.

Current Behavior

Log is showing Media Source is firing when Stream Starts. I have a Advanced Scene Switcher Macro tied to this Media Source which ends my stream when the Media Source has finished, which fires even though I'm not in the scene where the Media Source is, and I'm not in Studio Mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make Two Scenes
2. Put Media File in Scene 2 with a file
3. Create Scene Switcher based on Media File ending
4. Be on Scene 1
5. Start Stream
6. Scene Switcher fires after Media File ends, even though it shouldn't be loaded

Anything else we should know?

I'll try to get a smaller repro with a log, tripping the actual signal may only be happening if something is connected to websockets?

We've had this Advanced Scene Switcher toggle on for many months, but this is only hitting us recently once we've connected a service to OBS Websockets

Are you sure the file is starting to play when you hit start streaming, and not simply when you open OBS?

The latter is technically expected behaviour at the moment.
