[FEAT]: return workflow datafrom createWorkflowDispatch

Describe the need

Hi, It is possible to return workflow data started with action createWorkflowDispatch ?

Without that, I need to list running workflow with listWorkflowRuns then getWorkflowRun, but response api are very slow ..., I have to set some loop with timer to get wortkflow status
