Mark notification as unread

GitHub supports this on the website, not sure if the API already does.
If not, we can keep this open to track this.

Once it’s documented https://developer.github.com/v3/, it will get added to @octokit/rest within a day. Can you ask https://github.com/support about the state of that and keep us posted?

Related: there is no endpoint to archive a notification yet, as it's supported by GitHub's new notification UI

Unfortunately still no change. APIs are lacking to mark a notification as unread or to archive it.
